TYPE-MOON’s Witch on the Holy Night (Mahoutsukai no Yoru) is getting a manga adaptation, which will begin serialization in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine starting with its 50th issue. Manga artist Keigo Maki, best known for Shikimori’s Not Just a Cutie, will handle the illustrations for the upcoming adaptation.
The announcement was reported on November 2, 2026, with the manga scheduled to begin serialization on November 11, 2026. The fantasy visual novel’s arrival in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine also marks an interesting addition to the magazine’s lineup, given the series’ supernatural and magic-focused setting.
Witch on the Holy Night Manga to Begin Serialization on November 11
The upcoming manga adaptation will be illustrated by Keigo Maki, the Japanese manga artist behind Shikimori’s Not Just a Cutie.
The series will appear in the 50th issue of Weekly Shonen Magazine, scheduled for release on November 11, 2026.

Although further details about the adaptation, including its chapter structure and expected length, have not yet been revealed, the announcement has already attracted attention among TYPE-MOON fans.
