The official X Account of Black Butler (Japanese Name: Kuroshitsuji) has released a brand new key visual and trailer for its upcoming sequel arc series, Black Butler: Emerald Witch Arc (Japanese Name: Kuroshitsuji: Midori no Majo-hen). This arc is set to be released on April 5, 2025. The official X account of this anime shared the new key visual, and the official YouTube channel of this anime shared its new trailer:
The opening song “MAISIE” will be performed by Cö shu Nie feat. HYDE and the ending theme song “WALTZ” will be performed by Ryugujo.

About Black Butler
Black Butler (Japanese Name: Kuroshitsuji) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yana Toboso. It was serialized in September 2006 in Square Enix’s Shounen manga magazine Monthly GFantasy and is still ongoing.
This manga later received an anime adaptation, produced by A-1 Pictures, which was released in October 2008. This anime series received a second season, which was released in July 2010. The second season features two new main characters and has an anime-original storyline that does not feature manga content. It received another anime series, Black Butler: Book of Circus, which was released in July 2014.
It also received a two-part theatrical OVA titled Black Butler: Book of Murder, which was released in October and November 2014. It also received an anime movie, Black Butler: Book of the Atlantic, which was released in January 2017. This anime also gets a 4th Season produced by CloverWorks, titled Black Butler: Public School Arc, which will be released on 13 April 2024. The sequel to this Public School arc is also announced, titled Black Butler: Emerald Witch Arc, which is set to release in April 5, 2025.
This manga also received a live-action film adaptation, which was released in Japan in January 2014.
