On 9 December 2023, The official X account of Crayon Shin-chan Anime announced the 32nd movie of the franchise titled “Crayon Shin-chan Movie 32 Ora-tachi no Kyoryu Nikki” (English TL: Crayon Shinchan Movie 32 Our Dinosaur Diary) which is sheduled for next year summer 2024!

According to key visual, we can our main lead Shinchan and his pet dog Shiro trying to catch a Big Dinosaur with a bug net and we can also spot the mysterious small Dinosaur with them.
According to the makers, this movie will depicts the friendship between Nohara family’s dog Shiro and “small dinosaur” and the character development of Shin-chan and his friends’ “Kasukabe Defence Force.”

Crayon Shin-chan (Japanese name: Kureyon Shin-chan), is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yoshito Usui. It made it’s first appearance in 1990 in a Japanese weekly magazine called Weekly Manga Action, which was published by Futabasha. Due to the sudden death of author Yoshito Usui, the manga in its original form ended on September 11, 2009. A new manga began in the summer of 2010 which is created by members of Usui’s team.
This manga later got an anime adaptation which began airing on TV Asahi in 1992 and is still ongoing on several television networks worldwide and has over 1000 episodes. The show has been dubbed in 30 languages which aired in 45 countries.
This anime franchise has total 32 movies in which Movie 31 was the first ever 3DCG Shin-chan movie titled “Crayon Shin-chan Movie 31: Chounouryoku Daikessen – Tobe Tobe Temakizushi” which is also the higest grossing shin-chan movie till now. Shinchan new movie 32 “Crayon Shin-chan Movie 32: Ora-tachi no Kyoryu Nikki” is sheduled for summer 2024.
