Indian Attack on Titan fans will have to wait a little longer to witness humanity’s final battle on the big screen.
Attack on Titan: The Last Attack movie is now scheduled to release in Indian cinemas on July 24, 2026, replacing the previously circulated June 26 release date that had appeared on promotional material shared online.

The earlier date was also featured on promotional displays at Medialink’s booth during the C.O.R.E event in Mumbai, leading many fans to believe that the film would arrive in theatres this month. However, the release schedule has since been revised.
Otaku Mantra has learned from a Medialink representative that the anime film is now targeting a July 24 theatrical release in India.
Further supporting the updated schedule, PVR INOX has also scheduled the film’s trailer on its official YouTube channel, signaling that the theatrical campaign is beginning to move forward.
Attack on Titan: The Last Attack serves as a compilation film that brings together the franchise’s final chapters, delivering Eren Yeager’s controversial and world-changing conclusion on the big screen. The movie combines the events of Attack on Titan Final Season: The Final Chapters and presents them in a theatrical format enhanced for cinema audiences.
The Attack on Titan franchise remains one of the most successful anime properties in India, with previous theatrical screenings drawing strong fan interest. As a result, many fans have been eagerly awaiting confirmation of the film’s Indian release plans.
With the release date now shifted to July 24, fans have an additional month to prepare for one final journey beyond the walls.
Additional details regarding ticket sales, showtimes, and language options are expected to be announced closer to release.
This movie was released in Japanese Cinemas on November 8, 2024. This movie will features the theme song from the 2nd Special episode of Attack on Titan: Final Season – The Final Chapters i.e., “Nisennen… Moshiku wa… Nimannen Go no Kimi e” (2000 years… or… To you 20,000 years from now…) which was performed by Linked Horizon.
This movie has grossed approximately $11.13 million (¥1.45 billion) in Japan and a lifetime worldwide box office total of $25.95 million.

Attack on Titan (Japanese Name: Shingeki no Kyojin) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Hajime Isayama. It was serialized from September 2009 to April 2021 in Kodansha’s Monthy Manga Magazine Bessatsu Shounen Magazine. There are a total of 34 Volumes in this manga.
