Following the conclusion of its first season, Witch Hat Atelier has officially been renewed for Season 2. Alongside the announcement, the anime released its first ultra teaser PV, offering fans an early glimpse at the next chapter of the fantasy series.
A release date for the new season has not yet been announced.
The first teaser previews Coco’s continuing journey as a witch apprentice, teasing new adventures and mysteries awaiting her in the upcoming season.
BUG FILMS will once again return to animate the series, with the main production staff also returning for Season 2.

About Witch Hat Atelier
Witch Hat Atelier (Japanese Name: Tongari Bōshi no Atelier) is a Japanese fantasy manga series written and illustrated by Kamome Shirahama. The manga began serialization in Kodansha’s Monthly Morning Two magazine in 2016 and has received critical acclaim for its breathtaking artwork and unique magic system.
The story follows Coco, a young girl who dreams of becoming a witch despite living in a world where magic is believed to be an innate gift. After discovering that magic is actually performed by drawing special symbols, Coco accidentally turns her mother to stone. To find a way to save her, she becomes the apprentice of the mysterious witch Qifrey and begins learning the true nature of magic while uncovering dangerous secrets hidden within the magical world.
The anime adaptation is produced by BUG FILMS. Following the announcement of Season 2, a release date is expected to be revealed at a later time.
