On 1 May 2024, Animation Studio Pierrot completed 45 Years. The official X account of Studio Pierrot tweets “2024 marks the 45th anniversary of Pierrot.” To celebrate its 45th anniversary, the official YouTube channel of Studio Pierrot released a special Video consisting of all animes produced by Pierrot in the past 45 years:
Studio Pierrot expressed to fans: “Since 1979, we have been creating numerous anime shows ranging from television series, OVAs to theatrical features. To celebrate our anniversary and to thank our fans for their continued support, we made a footage chronicling the shows we had created over the past 45 years. As we continue our creative journey, we hope to keep bringing exciting shows to generations of anime fans around the world.“

About Studio Pierrot
Pierrot Co., Ltd. is a Japanese Anime Studio that was established in May 1979 by Yuji Nunokawa. Its headquarters are located in Mitaka, Tokyo. The company’s logo has “Piero” (Clown) adopted from the classical character of Pierrot.
From 1979 to now, pierrot has produced over 300 animation projects in the industry and a few popular animes produced by them are Yu Yu Hakusho, Naruto, Great Teacher Onizuka, Bleach, etc.
