The official X account of Black Butler (Japanese Name: Kuroshitsuji) Anime revealed the brand-new key visual for its upcoming new story arc, Black Butler Public School Arc (Japanese name: Kuroshitsuji: Kishuku Gakko-Hen). As Previously Announced, this anime is set to release on April 13, 2024.
The official X account shared a brand new key visual which features Sebastian and Ciel infiltrating the Weston school to investigate the incident:
An advance screening of this anime will also be held on March 24th at United Cinema Aqua City Odaiba in Tokyo.
Daisuke Ono who plays Sebastian Michaelis, Toshiki Watanabe who plays Edgar Redmond, Junya Enoki who plays Lawrence Bluer, Shunsuke Takeuchi who plays Herman Greenhill, and Tatsumaru Tachibana who plays Gregory Violet will be on stage at the event. Event participants will be given a mini colored paper featuring an illustration of Yumi Shimizu Shimizu.

Animation Studio CloverWorks will be the charge of animating this Public School arc of Black Butler. The anime is scheduled to release on 13 April 2024. Bookmark Otaku Mantra for more awesome updates.
Director Kenjiro Okada (known for March Comes in Like a Lion) will direct this anime at CloverWorks. Writer and script supervisor of the previous Black Butler anime Hiroyuki Yoshino is the charge of the series composition for the new anime. Yumi Shimizu is the character designer for this anime and Ryo Kawasaki is composing the music for this anime.
Popular streaming service Crunchyroll will stream this anime in English-speaking, Latin American, and European countries. Crunchyroll previously stated it licensed the anime for streaming worldwide except in Japan.
About Black Butler
Black Butler (Japanese Name: Kuroshitsuji) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yana Toboso. It was serialized in September 2006 in Square Enix’s Shounen manga magazine Monthly GFantasy and is still ongoing.
This manga later received an anime adaptation, produced by A-1 Pictures which was released in October 2008. This anime series received a second season which was released in July 2010. The second season features two new main characters and has an anime-original storyline that does not feature manga content. It received another anime series Black Butler: Book of Circus which was released in July 2014.
It also received a two-part theatrical OVA titled, Black Butler: Book of Murder, which was released in October and November 2014. It also received an anime movie Black Butler: Book of the Atlantic which was released in January 2017. This anime also gets a 4th Season produced by CloverWorks, titled Black Butler: Public School Arc which will premiere on 13 April 2024.
This manga also received a live-action film adaptation which was released in Japan in January 2014.
