The trailer features the ending theme song of season 2 “Suikosetten” (Water Light Entrance), performed by NOMELON NOLEMON. The comments also arrived from Tsumiki and Miklia from NOMELON NOLEMON:
“Suikosetten” meaning: The glow of the river surface illuminated by moonlight continues into the distance into the sky.
The true nature of “strength” depicted in “Rurouni Kenshin” is not in technique or physical strength, but in the “feelings” one puts into that moment. This is true not only for Kenshin, but for all the characters. This time, I have likened the shape of those “feelings” to the “moon” that shines on us, strong and gentle, but sometimes fleetingly. I hope you will listen to this song not only with your ears, but with your heart, as you relate it to the characters in this work and your own experiences.
Tsumiki from NOMELON NOLEMON
I am very honored to be involved in a work that has been loved by so many people for so many years.
Miklia from NOMELON NOLEMON
I was touched by the strength of each character’s will to fight for someone, and I sang this song with all my heart, thinking of them.
I hope this song, along with the work of “Rurouni Kenshin”, reaches you .
