About Jellyfish Can’t Swim in the Night
Jellyfish Can’t Swim in the Night (Japanese name: Yoru no Kurage wa Oyogenai) is an upcoming original anime television series animated by Doga Kobo and created by JELEE.
Ryohei Takeshita will direct this series, with series composition by Yuki Yaku. popman3580 will provide character designs, and designs adapted for animation by Junichiro Taniguchi. The series celebrates the 50th anniversary of Doga Kobo and takes place in Shibuya, Tokyo.
This anime’s manga adaptation is also announced illustrated by Niko Fujii which is scheduled to begin serialization on Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket manga website in April 2024.
