The pair first worked together on Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann before reuniting at Studio TRIGGER for Kill la Kill, a series that helped define the studio’s identity after its founding in 2011.
They later collaborated again on projects including Promare, further cementing their reputation for delivering over-the-top action, explosive animation, and unforgettable storytelling.
