On 20 December 2023, the TV anime “The Eminence In Shadow” Season 2 (Japanese Name: Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute!) finished airing which was based on the original Light Novel by Aizawa Daisuke and Touzai.
After the completion of season 2, the official X account of this anime shared that this series is getting a movie titled “The Eminence In Shadow: Lost Echoes” (Japanese Name: Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute: Zankyou Hen).

The first season of the anime premiered in October 2022 and the second season of this anime premiered in October 2023. Studio Nexus was in charge of the animation of the series and will also comeback for animating this movie version of The Eminence In Shadow.
