It was announced that popular Animation Studio BONES which is famous for animes like Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Noragami, Mob Psycho 100, My Hero Academia, etc. has separated its Production Department and established a new production company, “BONES FILM Co., Ltd.”
This new company started its functioning from October 1, 2024. The headquarters of this new company is located in Suginami-ku, Tokyo. The new company’s representative directors are Yoshihiro Oyabu and BONES founder and president Masahiko Minami. Naoki Amano is the director.
Studio BONES is a Japanese animation studio founded by Masahiko Minami. This studio was formed in October 1998 along with the former Studio SUNRISE members, Hiroshi Osaka and Toshihiro Kawamoto. This studio’s first work was Cowboy Bebop: Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door, which was based on the original anime “Cowboy Bebop.”
This studio has produced various popular anime series which include Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Noragami, Mob Psycho 100, My Hero Academia, Bungo Stray Dogs, and a lot more.
