On 24 December 2024, the official X account of currently ongoing anime “Shangri-La Frontier” (Japanese Name: Shangri-La Frontier: Kusoge Hunter, Kamige ni Idoman to su, Synonyms: ShanFro) which is based on the Web Novel by Katarina released a Brand new trailer for Cour 2 of this series and they also announced the new theme song artists for this cour 2.
Shangri-La Frontier Cour 2 Details
The official X account shared the brand new trailer for this series’ Cour 2:
This anime has been ongoing since October 2023 (Cour 1 / 1st Half) and will continue airing on January 2024 (Cour 2 / 2nd Half). In this trailer, we can see one of ” The Seven Strongest Species” from the ShanFro game. We can also see Sunraku and his friends heading towards the path to fight Weatheremon, the tomb keeper.
The brand new theme song artists are also announced for the Cour 2 of ShanFro:
Opening: “Danger Danger” by FZMZ feat. icy
Ending: “Gajumaru ～Heaven in the Rain～” by ReoNa

I had originally read the comic version of “ShanFro”, so I was surprised to hear about it, and at the same time, I wondered how they (her band members) would be able to sing together…. I thought about.
In a world where each person, down to the NPCs, are unique and have their own stories.

Kodansha Comics publishes the manga version of this Novel and describes the story as:
