On 12 December 2023, the official X account of “Trapezium” is made and announced the anime movie adaptation of Trapezium based on the Novel by “Kazumi Takayama” for next year May 10, 2024.

The official X account of “Trapezium” movie shared the first Key Visual for this upcoming film:
The novel shows the story of the 10 years of a girl who aims to be an idol. Yu Higashi, a high school girl, wants to be idol in future. For achieving her dream, she sets four rules for herself: she will not be active on social media, she will not have any boyfriend, she will not stand out in school, and she will make friends with beautiful girls from the north, south, east, and west.

Novel Trapezium by Takayama is serialized in Kadokawa Media Factory’s Da Vinci book and manga news magazine from 2016 to 2018. Kadokawa published the novel in November 2018.
