When I was little, I used to sit in front of the TV eagerly waiting for my favorite anime shows to come on.
And as that little kid, I used to dream about one day having my own manga turned into an anime by Bones, a studio I love.
I’m looking forward to watching the Gachiakuta anime on the screen together with you all!

Kei Urana

I’m looking forward to seeing Gachiakuta in motion! Enjoy every bit of it!

Hideyoshi Andou

My name is Fumihiko Suganuma and I’m the director of the upcoming Gachiakuta anime.
I’ll do my best to deliver 120% of the unique spirit and passion of the manga, and create a show that both Gachiakuta fans and viewers new to the series will enjoy.

Fumihiko Suganuma

Street smart—this was the very first word that popped into my mind when I read Gachiakuta.
I see the manga as being filled with knowledge and insights that manga artist Kei Urana and graffiti artist Hideyoshi Andou gained not in the classroom, but first-hand on the streets, sometimes in tough experiences that they powered through to survive.
So every page has a sort of nostalgic old-school “street” vibe that can be rough and gawky, but also so straight and powerful.
I really love this kind of work.

Hiroshi Seko

Everything about Gachiakuta—the story, Urana’s artwork, Andou’s graffiti, and the world they’ve created—is really captivating.
The different expressions, the dynamism and sketches that Urana draws are all incredible, and I hope to do justice to this fantastic artwork.
And you can look forward to awesome action scenes too.

Satoshi Ishino

On July 4, During the Anime Expo 2024 event in Los Angeles, a panel will be hosted that will highlight the behind-the-scenes of this anime. Studio Bones, a producer from Avex, and an editor from Kodansha will also present on that panel. More information will be revealed in the future! Bookmark our website for more updates!
