According to some fan accounts on X (Formerly Twitter), This announcement can be of Shuumatsu Touring (Touring After the Apocalypse) manga as Shibuya Crossing is the busiest street in Japan but in the thumbnail, the Shibuya Crossing is empty, even there are no Advertisements on the screens which completely fits the setting of Shuumatsu Touring manga which had 2 female protagonists and the world of this manga has undergone apocalypse and this manga is about biking through the empty ruins of Japan.
