On 25 February 2024, the official website of My Hero Academia (Japanese Name: Boku no hero academia) revealed that the Opening theme song for Season 7 of this series will be performed by TK from Ling Tosite Sigure (Known for Performing Tokyo Ghoul and Psycho Pass Opening Song).

It was revealed that the opening song of My Hero Academia (Boku no hero academia) Season 7 will be performed by TK from Ling Tosite Sigure.
TK commented about his upcoming performance in Season 7th of this series:
I have no personality, no talent, and am far from being a hero, but I kept thinking about what I could draw for my work. The theme of this song was born the moment I saw a soap bubble flew in front of my eyes and disappeared, leaving its shape on the concrete, reflecting the vivid colors of the rainbow. Is this battle, which continues while being deprived and even acquiring pain, for oneself or for someone else? May the light that shines through the tattered world be engraved with this song.

Before season 7 starts, In April 6 / 13 / 20 / 27 there will be the 4-episode-recap series will be announced named “My Hero Academia Memories“. The Main Season 7 of My Hero Academia will be released on 4 May 2024.

The anime is also getting a 4th film. Horikoshi will be the general supervisor and original character designer. The film will have an original story that will take place around the same time as where the TV anime is currently, with the collapse of a safe society. This My Hero Academia fourth film is scheduled to be released in Japan in August 2, 2024.

“Mankind has developed superpowers known as “Quirks” with 80% of the population having some kind of superpower. These new abilities see the rise of both superheroes and villains. A prestigious school known as the The Hero Academy trains superpowered hopefuls into the heroes the world needs. Middle school student Izuku Midoriya wants to be a hero more than anything, but he’s part the 20% without a Quirk. Unwilling to give up his dream, he plans to take the exam and be accepted into a high school for budding heroes. Through a series of serendipitous events, he catches the eye of the greatest hero, All Might, who agrees to train him“
