It is revealed that this anime adaptation will be released next year 2025. The official website of this anime went live and they released the announcement key visual for this upcoming anime:

About The Invisible Man and His Soon-to-Be Wife
The Invisible Man and His Soon-to-Be Wife (Japanese name: Toumei Otoko to Ningen Onna: Sonouchi Fuufu ni Naru Futari) is a Japanese manga written and illustrated by Iwatobineko. This manga was first released as a webcomic in March 2021 which was published on the author’s Twitter account. This manga was later acquired by Futabasha and began its serializing in September 2021 on the Pixiv Comic website under their Web Action brand.
The anime adaptation of this manga has been announced and is set to release in 2025.
Seven Seas Entertainment licensed this manga in English and describes its plot as:
“Yakou Shizuka, a quiet and bashful woman, works at a detective agency. Her boss Tounome, who owns the company, is the gentlemanly type, kind and dapper, though he has an extra talent—he’s invisible! His special ability is perfect for detective work, but he quickly comes to find it doesn’t work on Yakou, who is blind and always knows if he’s near. Charmed, Tounome is determined to get her to date him and isn’t against using his many skills. Yakou’s quirky coworkers, a contrarian human man and a sisterly beastwoman, kindly watch over her as she stumbles and blushes through the uncharted waters of office romance.“
