Just in from Jump Festa 2026, it has been announced that the TV Anime One Piece Season 2, created by writer and artist Eiichiro Oda, will debut on April 5 2026, after a 3-month break. One Piece will conclude its 25-year-long anime run on 28 December 2025, marking the end of Season 1. Following this, the anime will go on a three-month hiatus, after which Season 2 will continue under Studio Toei Animation.

About One Piece
One Piece is a Japanese manga written and illustrated by Eiichiro Oda. It began serialisation in Weekly Shonen Jump in July 1997 and currently has over 1,100 chapters and 100 volumes published by Shueisha.
The story follows Monkey D. Luffy, a boy who gains rubber-like abilities after eating a Devil Fruit, as he sets sail to find the legendary treasure known as the One Piece and become the King of the Pirates.
