The Otaku Mantra Anime Awards is an event that celebrates the best of anime. It’s a way to honor amazing anime shows, characters, music, and creators that fans love.This is a fan-driven award, where anime lovers like you get to vote and decide the winners. It’s supported by anime clubs across India, making it a community celebration for everyone who enjoys anime.

Winners in each category will be announced on Feb 23, 2025, only on OtakuMantra.com.

Otaku Mantra carefully selects the nominees in collaboration with its community partners, ensuring that each category highlights outstanding works and individuals who have set benchmarks for excellence.

Nominations Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility period for the awards includes anime that aired between January 1 and December 31 of the current year. If an anime started airing in October 2023 and continued into January 2024, episodes from Part 2 (e.g., episodes 12/13 onward) are considered eligible for the 2024 awards.

Anime must have aired at least 7 episodes within the eligible timeframe to qualify for nominations.

Yes, anime films released in Indian theatres during the eligibility period are considered for nominations.
