Anime India, the biggest anime convention in India, is all set to host global anime icons behind Death Note, Attack on Titan, Black Clover and Gachiakuta to interact with Indian fans. With more than 20,000 fans, cosplayers and artists from all across the country expected to attend this in Mumbai, it is set to become the anime capital of India. The three-day-long event will take place from 22nd Aug to 24th Aug at NESCO BEC in Mumbai, and it is brought to you by AnimationXpress.com.

Headlining the guest list. Tetsuro Araki, the Director of anime series like Death Note, Attack on Titan, takes the centre stage as the star guest of the “Anime India” Convention. Fans can look forward towards a 90-minute session led by interviewers and a greet and meet session with the fans and the key representative figures of the Indian Anime Community.
Hideo Katsumata, the President of Avex Pictures, who worked on top anime series like Black Clover, Gachiakuta, Yuri!!! on ICE, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, and the 2024 Crunchyroll Anime Awards Anime film of the Year Winner, Look Back.
“Tsunko“, the voice of Aoi Miyake from D4DJ, and “DJ Touko” will be attending the convention as guests. Fans will be able to experience their performance at India’s first ticketed anime concert, Anime India Live House.
The convention takes inspiration from International convention with 20+ independent artists and cosplayers exhibiting, 10+ anime clubs across the country exhibiting their experience booth at the event, fan panels, contests, and many more! A long with all this a truly authentic maid cafe is also planned for the first time ever in India! and Licensed anime merchandise is also set to be available at a scale never seen before in India.
